PEDIATRICIAN DR. KRITI NARWAL JOINS SAMARITAN HEALTHCARE

Dr. Kriti Narwal

MOSES LAKE – Samaritan Healthcare is pleased to announce that Kriti Narwal, MD, has joined their pediatrics team. Dr. Narwal was drawn to practice pediatric medicine in Moses Lake because she has always wanted to provide care for babies and children in a smaller community where it is easier to get to know everyone.

Dr. Narwal has significant experience in providing newborn assessments and the needs of NICU babies, as well as enjoying the challenges of diagnosing the medical conditions of pediatric patients of all ages. At Samaritan’s clinic on Pioneer, she offers newborn assessments, well-child exams, and care for illnesses, as well as diagnoses for pediatric cardiac and GI pathology, asthma and reactive airway diseases, and pediatric developmental concerns, such as autism spectrum disorder and speech delays.

Before joining Samaritan, Dr. Narwal trained in one of the busiest newborn nurseries in New York—as well as knowing the specialized care for NICU babies. She performed up to 30 Nursery/NICU assessments daily. Dr. Narwal also has the training and experience to pick up Autism cues at early stages, and refer in a timely manner for therapy.

“I purposefully focus on getting to know my patients and their lives—building relationships,” said Dr. Narwal. “My patients know that I’m approachable, have flexible scheduling, and will see them as often as they need.”

Dr. Narwal earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Aureus University School of Medicine,

Aruba, and attended Rutgers University, New Jersey where she majored in biology. She expanded her pediatric experience with a residency at Maimonides Children’s Hospital, Brooklyn, New York. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

“I am more than a pediatrician. I’m also a source of support and resources,” said Dr. Narwal. “The care that I provide is much more than just physical exams and vaccines—it’s providing food resources, especially now with the infant formula crisis, school forms, or discussing grades.”

When she’s not providing care for patients, Dr. Narwal and her family enjoy the variety of recreation that the area offers—from camping and exploring to kayaking.
