Multi-Family Dwelling Monthly Rate

The Ambulance Service Utility rate is based upon the number of occupied units in a building or occupied spaces in a mobile home park. If you have vacant units or spaces during a billing period, you may claim a Vacancy Credit as outlined on your Utility Bill. The current monthly rate is *$13.40 per unit or space.
